While I am honored anytime someone chooses me as their photographer, this Elizabeth Forward grad my sister-in-law which made photographing her senior photos that much more special! We had a beautiful, sunny evening for Leah’s session and her smile lit up Mellon Park and Mellon Institute!Read More
Isn’t it crazy how time flies? How quickly sweet little babies turn into sweet little kids. I’m so glad I got to capture this moment in Mordecai’s life – when he’s 7 months old and has eyes full of wonder. When his arms and legs couldn’t possibly have any more rolls. When he’s perfectly content sitting on the floor, chewing on his foot. What sweet moments!Read More
As a huge Harry Potter fan, when Amanda told me that she wanted to incorporate Harry Potter into Sullivan’s newborn session I almost lost it! Shortly after I set to work, addressing tiny letters to Sullivan in the cupboard under the stairs, gathering miniature bottles of Felix Felicis and veritaserum, and creating a little golden snitch!Read More
This sweet family session took place during one of the last fall days of 2018! The Rough Family chose Brush Creek Park in Beaver Falls, PA for their sessions which was the perfect location. I love it when “older” families have a session together, and this family in particular was so much fun to photograph! Sianna and Mike are planning a wedding so we incorporated some sweet couple photos at the end of the session, and of course we had to incorporate the puppies!Read More
Another GORGEOUS senior on another gorgeous evening!! I seriously cannot take it. Nicole was such a blast to photograph – she chose Mellon Park in Pittsburgh, PA for her senior session and she had the perfect outfits to match the surroundings! The simple and sweet outfits which made her eyes and smile shine! The night we chose was perfect, not too hot and not too cold, it felt like Summer was saying goodbye before the Autumn weather settled in.
Have a wonderful senior year, Nicole!!
May you have auspiciousness and causes of success
May you have the confidence to always do your best
May you take no effort in your being generous
Sharing what you can, nothing more, nothing less
May you know the meaning of the word happiness
May you always lead from the beating in your chest
May you be treated like an esteemed guest
May you get to rest, may you catch your breath

Julia chose two gorgeous locations for her Pittsburgh senior session – Frick Park and Mellon Park! Her and her family have long enjoyed going to The Frick together which made it a fun and sentimental choice. With Mellon Park right down the street we decided to use it as our second location and I’m so glad we did! The stone walls and lush greens paired well with all of the spots we found at The Frick.
Julia was such a blast to photograph and such a natural! I can’t get over how photogenic she is and how comfortable she was in front of the camera. She’s such a smart and sweet person – I know she’s going to rock her senior year and everything else that life holds for her after graduation!

Gorgeous little Aria was such a treat to photograph – from start to finish she was such a content little babe! Her nursery theme is stars and moons which was so fun to incorporate into her newborn session. My gifted husband built the moon prop while I crafted the stars out of paper mache and Aria’s mom found THE perfect little hat to top the set off!
Guys… this cake smash/bubble bath session just makes my heart melt!! Babies are some of my favorite subjects to photograph and can you really blame me? This little guy is my nephew and he just turned one at the end of January – he’s one of the smiliest babes you’ll ever meet!!
